I am the founder of DC Connect Consulting with over 35 years of experience in international corporations, particularly in the FMCG and consulting sectors. Over the years, I have held key leadership roles, especially in human resources management, where I gained practical expertise in building successful organizations and teams.
I specialize in motivating leaders to achieve high performance results through finding their own unique leadership style – a critical quality for effectively managing diverse teams in today’s dynamic business environment. What is so unique about me?
I am a lifelong learner with a deep passion for supporting others to succeed. While my professional career started in Europe, moving to India transformed me both personally and professionally. After 14 years in India, I have mastered merging Eastern and Western business approaches, which has enriched my work for the clients.
I have always believed that every new path in life is an opportunity for growth — to rediscover people, the world and myself. I love learning and sharing what I discover with others. Challenges have taught me flexibility and courage. I believe that there is a solution to every problem.

Privately, I value adventure, which I get while travelling and balance I gain from yoga & meditation. My journeys those spiritual and explorative ones are teaching me the importance of balance and holistic growth, values I integrate into every client relationship. I am fascinated by combining Eastern spiritual practices with Western business energy, as I believe success comes from harmony between action and reflection.
What is my corporate experience about?
As an HR VP and Board Member, I led People Strategy and organizational growth for companies in diverse markets, including India, where I was part of a team that successfully built a company from a Greenfield to a $200M turnover in just five years.
This experience has given me unique insights into the Indian business landscape, and my ability to lead teams and manage talent has consistently delivered strong results, such as reducing attrition rates from 25% to 7% and supporting year-over-year sales increases of 20%. While working in India I gained strong expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding and building engagement, designed and delivered tailored made leadership development programs.
My approach is a blend of corporate expertise and holistic personal growth.
